With more than 18 years of clinical experience in surgical oncology, Dr. Anshuman has developed various clinical & surgical techniques and protocol for management of complex cancers. He is a designated teacher DNB – Surgical Oncology and Fellowship in Head and Neck Oncology. He frequently conducts hands-on programs and delivers lectures globally on cancer management.
Apart from having presented multiple papers Dr. Kumar has attended various national and international conferences. He is a champion of Quit Tobacco Campaign and talks about the health hazards of consuming products containing tobacco
A humanitarian, he takes time out to visit the underprivileged sections of the society in many parts of the country to treats patients and creates an awareness of the significance of living a healthier and hygienic lifestyle.
Dr. Kumar regularly appears in various newsroom debates for discussions on cancer and other prominent diseases. He is very vocal about social issues and causes in India. He speaks and educates about health and the environment and actively shares his views on different topics of human and environmental concerns. Throughout the period of the global Coronavirus pandemic, he has advocated the do’s and don’ts about the spread of the infection and has created an awareness on the truths and myths of this infectious disease.
