The cancer originating in the cells of the breast is breast cancer. It may spread to groups of lymph nodes close to breast such as in the armpit (axilla), above the collarbone (Supraclavicular), and under the breast bone (substernal). The most common type of breast cancer is ductal carcinoma . Other types include lobular carcinoma. Invasive breast cancer is the cancer that has spread from where it began in the breast to surrounding normal tissue.
